Mine this month is crazy too. My alarm goes off at 4am every day just to check my bbt. I read you get truer readings after 3-4 hours of UNINTERRUPTED sleep. My bbt is yo-yo-ing since ovulation but didn't do this before.

Do you do anything before you take your temp? Best is to have it near your bed. Same with your alarm/clock. As soon as it rings, you do not get up and take your BBT. Its a little complicated, but I think its worth it. GL!
