Anyone else peeing their drawers 24/7???

I'm 33 weeks 2 days and have been peeing about every 20 minutes for months now. And in between bathroom trips, I'm leaking pee when I cough, sneeze or laugh. :/ I just recently figured out that if I fold up toilet paper and put it in my underwear, I'm good for 20 mins between trips, lol. I had my husband pick me up poise pads but they make me sweat too much down there. Ugh, I feel bad for people who have to live with incontinence!!  I've also been struggling with yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis, just finally got that under control. pregnancy is hard!!!!!  Anyone relate??? 😩
