Help! Pregnant Bridesmaid!

So this pregnancy was a happy surprise :) I ordered a bridesmaid dress at David's Bridal about a month ago for a May wedding before I knew I was pregnant. I will be 17 weeks at the wedding and this is my first pregnancy. Do you think I will need to order a bigger size???
