Prenatal vitamins- which are the best?

What are the best prenatals to take? Right now i take vitafusion prenatal gummies. I haven't had any problems with them but I noticed that they do not have any iron. Do i need to take an iron supplement also? I'm feeling light headed and dizzy and am wondering if it's because of my lack of iron.what prenatals do doctors recommend?

I was taking those as well. My obgyn told me to take these instead. Haven't had any issues with them.

My doctor recommends to all her pregnant patients to take an extra iron pill after 25 weeks, even if your prenatal contains some. She said most preggo women get anemic very easily. My prenatal has 25mg iron and I take an extra 50mg

I take Blackmores Pregnancy and Breast feeding Gold. They contain iron. No sure where you are from as to if you can get them. I am in Australia. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've always been told to take an iron supplement. If you are worried, maybe ask the Doc to test your iron levels? Good luck x
