What is the best way to try and conceive? Every day of the fertile week or every other day?

It may be better but try telling my SO he has to go a day with out even before we were ttc he wants me all the time lol

I hear every other best (and that worked for me) but it's hard to skip days. You feel like you might blow your chance if you do!
