What, if anything did u do differently the month of your bfp? Take anything? How often did u bd? Etc

I have no idea if it affected it or not but I completely cut out caffeine that month.

Took b6 vitamins and did it every other day

Preseed. And bd every other day. Also tracked temps first month.
