Please help a FTM 😰

Ok I'm 36-1 and it's gotten really bad. I have a pain right under my right breast. I went to OB triage last night and literally EVERYTHING came back normal and they sent me home. Fast forward a few hours, that pain has become completely constant. Also when I go #2, it hurts my lower back, by my tailbone (way below my spine) I'm in so much pain and as much as I try, I'm trying not to stress out too much about it but it's still going. I feel terrible right now. Please help.
