Should I get Married?

Iv been with my boyfriend for 7 years. And we still aren't married. We both don't make any plans on getting married anytime soon. He purposed on our 1 year anniversary. Over the years I lost my ring. We don't consider our selfs engaged.

We got together at a very young age. I don't know if I even want to get married. It sounds stupid but Im afraid of that commitment. Ik it sounds stupid cuz we have been together for 7 years.

Anyone eles the same? 
What are your view of marrige?

If it has been 7 years and you are still unsure, you don't even know where your engagement ring is and you have not been planning a wedding sounds to me like you don't want to be married maybe just not right now but maybe never...

Nothing wrong with not getting married yet, don't do it just because you feel like you have to because you've been together a long time. Wait until you really want to do it.
I've been with my husband for 7 years and married for just over a year.

We were young. I 15 him 14 when we first started dating. He asked me our first Christmas together. It was a matter of financially being ready as well as making sure we were emotionally ready. I don't regret it. We have a 5 yo and one on the way. Now just because that is my experience does not mean that it is the same for everyone.

That sounds like me & my fiancé. We've been together 7 years and engaged for 5. It's not that we don't want to get married it's just life has happened and we have more important things to spend money on than a wedding. One day we my just go to the court house and surprise everyone but who knows lol

I didn't get married till I was with my dh for 7 years. We have been together 10 years now. There is nothing wrong with waiting till yall are ready. That being said if you don't ever see yourself marring hum then I would consider re evaluating your relationship with him.

I've been with my SO for 9 years and have only just started trying for our 1st child. I would love to get married but it may never happen as he's been married before. All that matters is that we love each other and want to be together forever :-)

I was with my kids dad for 12.5yrs. I was fine not being married. Don't have to be.
