My first ever Valentine's Day with someone this year, and my boyfriend spoiled me!! Massive bunch of flowers, roses and lillies, my favourites! Two lots of chocolate, an iTunes voucher coz I really needed one! A charm for my pandora bracelet and he took me, his mum and his dad out for dinner! He is the absolute best!!

We celebrated a day early! :) we always discuss our plans about a month or so before so we have time to get each other what we requested. I wrote him 14 notes leading up to Valentine's Day, each with a different reason why I'm in love with him. Then another card for the day of! I asked for a hand written note and that's exactly what I received :) (+ a bouquet of flowers! I was pleasantly surprised) and I got him this expensive quinoa wild rice blend that he's too frugal to buy himself (he's a lover of practical gifts- if he can eat it, he's happy as can be). We spent the day with his family because I had never met them before (they couldn't have have been more lovely) and then we went for dinner at a super popular vegan/vegetarian hot spot- went back to his apartment and napped for 3 hours due to food comas. It was the most delightful day :)

My fiance had to work but he bought me some beautiful flowers and chocolate (which I've been dying for!) and a cute cheesy card.
He also made us a great supper, which we don't do very often, and cleaned up everything after, even after working all day.💗it's the little things.
