Workout
So today I decided to workout and I feel great! Although it was a little tough bc the belly but I didn't do anything extreme! Just a little something to strengthen and stretch the hips out some arms and breathing ! I feel amazing! But pain bc of my back and pelvic have been giving me some pain but I believe if I keep working out I will be find ! Also had a lot of people tell me that working out makes labor a whole lot easier
