Who's heart races?

I've noticed my heart races so much since being pregnant!

I noticed it when I wake up from a nap but also sometimes when I'm just laying around.

I was just noticing that today! It's been racing harder and faster than normal, even when laying down. I know it's normal, but it was still weird.

Mine does it too I asked the doctor about it because I have 3 existing heart conditions and he told me that it is because of our bodies creating more blood which in turn cause your heart to work faster and because we are putting our body's in extreme stress by being pregnant and it's just another one of our body's normal responses to being pregnant. It freaked me out when it first happened because I also had palpitations with it and I was contemplating going to the er. I'm happy to hear that I'm not the only one lol

Mine too! Just randomly! And it feels like it's enormous and beating out of my chest! It's so weird
