Is it ok to move my 4 month old son to his room in his crib?

My son recently turned 4 months and I would like to transition him into his crib, is that too young? They tell you to wait until a baby is 6 months but my son seems ready. He takes naps alone in my room and sleeps hours by himself at night before I go to bed.

I moved my guy at 5 weeks because I was not sleeping he was such an active sleeper.

My son was moved to his own room at 3m old. My dd is still in my room at 4m cuz we only live in a 2 bdrm right now so we're waiting to move then she'll go in her own room.

I moved my daughter to her room, in her crib when she started sleeping through the night, which was 8 weeks and she'll be 6 months in a week. Do what you think/feel is right.

We transitioned at 3 months and it was really the best thing for us both, we both slept much better.
