2nd trimester blood screening.

At my first trimester screening I had to drink that stuff for the glucose test and wait an hour before they drew blood. Other than having to wait an hour the actual drawing of blood went by really fast. All the results came back normal. I was wondering if anything like the glucose test would happen at my 2nd trimester screening? Or anything else that would cause me to wait before actually getting the blood drawn? Or if anyone remembers how long their appointment lasted.. BTW I'm going to a lab to have the blood drawn.
