I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a year now, as we are TTC baby number one, (still with no BFP) and I just recently started taking FertilAid, I am just wondering if this is too much? I notice the FertilAid has just about all the vitamins as my prenatal vitamins do, except for the whole point of becoming and helping to be more fertile. You are supposed to take these three times a day, it makes me nervous that I am possibly taking too much and that is why I am not able to get pregnant? I could be completely wrong, but I am just concerned and wondering if anyone has some answers for me?
