Woops, I peed on myself again.
I absolutely hate sneezing these days. I just let out a huge sneeze and literally peed a good amount lol I forgot to wear pantyliner but I'm glad i got up quick enough so it wont leak onto my couch lol I need to make kegels a priority again 😂😂😂 just thought I'd share before I go shower lollll
