39+4 : Crampy feeling in stomach

Me and my husband are setting up the baby's bed & cleaning up & out of no where I got this Crampy feeling in my lower stomach along with feeling like I have to poop. Kinda reminded me of the contractions I had been experiencing but different. I'm a FTM so idk what to look for really. Should I slow down? I sat down & it kinda went away. I'm ready to get this baby out though!!
