My sister in law is a hair stylist & her doc let her work the whole time. She's a color specialist BTW. Of you plan on doing your own hair, you may want to buy ion brand from a beauty supply store (not grocery store). Ion doesn't have ammonia and is more gentle on your hair. It stays vibrant for a long time too :)

As long as you're in a well ventilated room you're usually fine. I usually crack a window and turn a fan on to help. I've been dying my hair during the duration of my pregnancy and my baby boy is as healthy as can be!
