Depo Shot

Hi All . I would like to share my experience on depo shot. I got my first jab on Feb 2015 last year & every 3 months then. I was supposed to get my shot on this mth Feb 2016. But i decided to stop. Within the period i'm on my shot, I gained 9kg & a very bad hairfall.  My last period was on Sept 2015 till now i'm waiting for my next period. I decided to go clean on my diet & workout 3-4times a week, i manage to shred 2kg in 2 weeks.
