Sharp Pain after Stripping Membranes

I keep having these really sharp pains in my cervix...kind of like lightning crotch but they are very consistent. I'm 38+6, 3cm and 50% as of yesterday and had my membranes stripped yesterday. Baby is very active! Anyone know what these pains are?
