Fear of forgetting?

Question

I know I will never forget my baby. Yesterday was 4 weeks since I lost it. I fear everyone else will though. Ie been struggling with my social media announcment (Facebook) keep my photo album and pregnancy announcnent on there or should I delete them... I had therapy today and was talking about it. I felt bad because I made him cry. It still feels like I lost my baby just yesterday! I had so much love for my little baby already... I just feel lost.

People that aren't close to you do forget they don't do it to hurt you   The people that are closest to you will remember. Today is my due date after having a miscarriage at 20 weeks. And this is what I got from the people that matter most to me.   Sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss..the 25th of this month will be 2 months from when I lost my baby. You will never forget but I do know the love you had. I fell in love so quickly with my baby. I now have a picture frame of hearts with my ultrasound pic in it and it sits on my tv stand where I can see it every day. It reminds me that I have a beautiful little Angel looking over my fiance and I every day. You'll never forget. Prayers go out to you❤

Hello Tori,
​You will never forget. No matter what you delete, or what you get rid of, your baby will always be there. I've lost 3, and my first was a late loss. I threw out every pregnancy test I took, and put the ultrasound pictures in a safe place out of sight. 
​But I remember the joy I had after seeing each positive test. And I remember admiring my ultrasound photos while trying to discern my baby's facial features. No matter how much I wish I could forget the bad, I still remember all of the joy each pregnancy brought me.
​It's my only consolation in this impeccable memory of mine.
​I wish you all the best in your recovery, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

I found out 4 weeks Thursday that I had a ectopic pregnancy. Soon as I got home I deleted facebook off my phone, and didn't take any phone calls. We was going to announce it this past weekend so you know the struggle I had to keep. I still have my pregnancy journal and the pregnancy test in a draw. Everyday is going to be a new step. I started keeping a journal on my feeling on a site called countdownmypregnancy.com. It's very therapeutic and I learned that I wasn't alone and receive Ed lots of support. I'm so sorry for your loss as I've been and still am exactly where you are.

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation. I had a miscarriage myself. My doctor was on vacation and his residents told me they were goig to let nature take it's course so instead of giving me a DNC they sent me home to pass the baby on my own! The images I have is horrible! Time does heal but in the mean time it's understandable for you to be sad. It's apart of your mourning process. If deleting things on Facebook make you feel better then by all means. I saved all my pictures..you should save yours too. Make sure you get healthy. And when that time comes again for another beautiful baby, don't put anything in social media. Keep it to yourself until your pass the miscarriage stage. Not sure when that is actually...I'm assuming second trimester.

I delete all my social stuff as soon as it happened..I found my own way to say goodbye and kept a bag with the ultrasound pic in it with a few other things..my misscarriage was 4 weeks yesterday..time heals :\

I put something in fb abouty mc. It was very comforting to have everyone support and you learn you are not alone which for me was very comforting and scary at the same time!!
