Trying to get pregnant

I need some help maybe something that can help me with achieving my goal... My husband an I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now but nothing has worked or helped me... I'm not sure what else to do im slowly kind of giving up on even trying to get pregnant but I really want to start my family... Please anyone who can help me out here would be greatly appreciated!!!
