So me and my fiance want to have a baby. I already have a 2 year old with someone else. Me and him have been together nearly a year, my daughter was unplanned and I'm not really trying to plan the next one but what's one of the best ways to get pregnant? Besides tracking your period and seeing when you ovulate I'm usually irregular so I don't know when I do and when I don't.
