I'm 19 weeks and 2 days. Is it okay to use one? I did tonight in the showe but it's the first time the whole pregnancy

Technically you should never douche unless your provider said to. Your vagina is like a self cleaning oven and introducing that can throw off your pH I know this from working in an OB/Gyn office.

I highly suggest against it... It can cause Bacterial Vaginosis which can cause serious complications... The vagina is self cleaning.. Douching is actually pretty terrible for anyone.. Even.when.not pregnant... The flora in.the vagina are very important..

I would tell your doctor that you did and never do it again!!! Not healthy or safe for the baby!!! Don't put anything in your Hoo ha while pregnant!!!!!!!!!!
