Prenatal depression
I am going through severe prenatal depression. I don't know what to do. Medication was always bad for me before, and I don't want to be on any medication while pregnant anyway.
I don't want to kill or hurt myself because of the baby, but I know this is probably hurting us both. I don't know what to do.
