Heard this stuff doubles your breastfeeding count and it's super healthy for you while pregnant ?

Yes :) I've been using plexus my whole pregnancy and it's been amazing so far. I'm usually high risk and was supposed to be on bed rest but I haven't been having trouble so far and I'm 35 weeks!

Yes intend on using it while breastfeeding and am excited to start again! Haven't used predicts during pregnancy due to hypermesis and only drinking water and taking prenatals. There are many online (FB) breast feeding support groups that are very helpful
