Episiotomy avoidance

Adina • I`m 24 with a 2 year old boy and another on the way. Married for 3 yrs.
Slightly frightened about tearing and/or having to get an episiotomy. Anyway I can make sure I'm opened up enough for baby to come on through the canal ?
