Period question

So im 30 years old

I have a 12 year old daughter

And 2 year old twins.

I had very hard pregnancies so i had my tubes tied. But every since when AF comes i get spotting the day b4 an then full on period. does anyone think thats bad. My period was never like that b4 my tubes were tied. Also when i ovulate i sometimes have a lil pink color in the eggwhite discharge only like once then it's just the clear eggwhite

And this month i had the clear with 1 dot of red blood in it..it was like the size of a poppy seed..

Im not sexually active..so i know it nothing like that..

I just wanted to ask you ladies.

I know a tubal can change ur cycle so i sure its fine.
