Pack n Play or a convertible crib?

Question

Which one is better? We only have a 1B apt as of now. So we have limited space. But we are also thinking of long term use.

I have a bassinet but my grandma just got me a pack n play . (i know bassinet wasn't an option on this post but) I will use the bassinet until the baby gets to big and then the pack n play . It seems easy to use and stuff .

I think the longest term use would be the convertible crib but my sister used a pack n play with her first child for a long time until my niece got to be too big for the pack n play but I believe both to be good investments.

Keep in mind that the convertible cribs turn into full size beds. With my daughter I knew I didn't want her room dominated by a huge bed leaving her no room to play later so a convertible crib would have been pretty useless. The toddler bed stage doesn't really matter in the long run because if you can get them to stay in a toddler bed then getting them to stay in a twin size shouldn't be a problem.
