I'm officially 20 weeks and have a doctors appointment tomorrow where I'll finally know if I'm carrying a boy or girl! We're very excited and have talked about doing a gender reveal vs a tradition baby shower. Our families (especially mine) have been very upset by this which has caused a lot of anxiety on my end. While things are now died down, I'm worried they're going to start harassing me about it again after my appointment tomorrow. My aunt has been instigating the drama as she feels I shouldn't tell "strangers" what I'm having before family. By strangers, she's referring to the God Mom who is one of my best friends and who will also be attending the appointment with us. At this point, I'm wondering if I should do a pre-baby shower party with family to reveal the gender. OR say forget it and do it my way despite the potential drama? Please help!
