How to keep baby weight??&how to keep boobs upright and perky after baby is born???

It will depend on how big your boobs gets and genetics. I went up two sizes which I was larger chested to begin with. I wear a sport bra at night to help with the weight. This is my third pregancy and my chest is not as full looking as it was before kids. I do a lot of yoga and chest workout but it didn't help much with the saggy look. Once I'm all done having children I will be getting a breast reduction and lift.
