Prune juice and activia yogurt... Have glass at night and a glass in the morning till you can "go"

Milk of magnesia is what I take here and there... It's on the safe list. I use Chia seeds on everything and they help!

I've been doing Colase and it helps but not enough.  She said I could do miralax and enimas.  😕 I bought some miralax and waiting to take it till I get home. 😳 Hoping it helps.  I feel your pain!!!

My Dr papers said colace capsules were ok for constipation try lots of liquids too

Metamucil is also okay. Constipation is the worst! Hang in there, everything will be alright.

My doctor said stool softeners are great. Drinking water is always good for you and helps you with constipation. But he said his recommendation is milk of magnesia with a glycerin suppository!

Ask your doctor to prescribe prenatals with stool softeners in them! Those are life savers!!

Just talked with my dr about this and she said colase and milk of magnesia are good.  I will say the colase helped me for sure.  😊
