Nausea remedies?

Today my Dr suggested vitamin b6 and doxylamine/unisom(which is a sleep medication) vs zofran as I took with my first. Has anyone taken these to help with nausea? Vitamin b6 makes sense to me but not the doxylamine

This is my second pregnancy and I did zofran my first and my OB this time which is a different doc because my job moved me recommended the B6 with unisom. I prefer the zofran so we compromised because I'm an instructor in the military. I take the B6 without unisom twice a day and use zofran as needed. And at night before bed I take a third dose of B6 with unisom.  But my morning sickness has been worse this time around so I also carry ginger gum and ginger lozenges.

I don't have experience with this yet, but when I asked my doc about nausea remedies she recommended b6 or bcomplex and unisom or Benedryl as well. Haven't tried it yet.

Well I don't know how to help u cause it's my first I just drank ginger ale but my doctor told me when I told them I was nauseous I could give u medication but ur child will have a chance of having a clef lip I looked at her like she was on crack! I didn't take it I just drank ginger ale I hope u find ways to ease ur nauseousness God bless u :)
