Heating Pad while Pregnant?

Is it okay to use a heating pad (outside my clothes) on my back during pregnancy? I am 33 weeks. TIA.

Not on belly..  on back it is OK. You don't want your core temp to go too high. Risks for baby

I live in bed on my heating pad my doctor said it was fine just don't sleep with it on
