Hcg levels

Im about 5 weeks pregnant and my ob did the hcg level..it was 59000 and then she repeated it in 72 hours and the level went up to 80000 and something.. I am so worried and a bit dissapointed because I know its not a good sign because according to my ob the # is suppose to double every 48 hours... Did this happen to anybody...
