Baby after miscarriage?

So about 2 years ago I had a miscarriage. We of course we're upset and confused so we decided we didn't want to try again right away and went on birth control for a year. Back in September 2015 I finally stopped birth control and we started trying again. Ager finding out I had pcos and was given metformin and clomid I finally convinced! I'm 4 weeks today and just looking for success stories. I'm so scared I might lose this baby too.
