My husband and I were trying to conceive for almost 2 years! 1 year on fertility medictaions (Clomid-didn't work/ Letrozole did ). We got our first positive on 2-15-16, we went in for blood work that after noon. We got the amazing news on 2-16-16, (my hcg was only 72)they told me that I may need to go on to progesterone to support  the pregnancy because we are so early and use of fertility meds. So we went back for follow up blood work on 2-17-16 had results on 2-18-16 pretty much in a nice way my pregnancy wasn't going to make( my hcg had dropped to 70)  it but she wanted to ask the doctor if he wanted to do anything to support the pregnancy because he was gone for the day. That she was sorry  and when I start bleeding and cramping if I needed anything to call or go to er. So on 12-19 I still had no bleeding no cramping still have my pregnancy symptoms so I call and say ok what do I do now? So they said they are confused by my result because they didn't go up but they didn't really go down either. So they asked me again to come in for blood work and said they wouldn't be surprised if I started bleeding soon. So here I am on 12-20-16 and still no cramping or bleeding thus far. I don't know what to do, I had irregular periods  before I got pregnant, also twins and missing twins are very very common on my side of the family. I just feel like I am at a stand still they keep telling me to expect bleeding and every day I wake up worrying which isn't good for a pregnancy anyways and I see no bleeding I was supposed to be expecting since Wednesday to be bleeding this is very very frustrating and confusing I know my baby would be very very very tiny right now but still this is a cruel mind game to me. Please help ladies what do you think?? What do I do?? Anything please help!!
