Implantation bleeding

So I had my period on the 4 of oct only lasted like 2-3 days 
Today as I took a shower I noticed some blood in my discharge but I its now half way tru the day and Iam not bleeding what can it be can it be that Iam pregnant we did have sex last night with hubby do you think it's cause of that but didn't go ruff
