So I am 14dpo, have really sore and swollen breasts and no signs of af yet, I am now two days late. I took a test this morning (hoping for a birthday surprise) and it was a bfn. Last month I was symptom spotting and driving myself crazy watching every little thing and at three days late af showed and I was gutted. Trying so hard not to get excited but really want to know for sure one way or another. Any tips to get through this waiting time without going crazy?
