3 days until af is due

Ok took this test this morning as I've been getting sore boobs and nipples have got darker came back negative. Do you think it's possible that I'm still in with a chance it should this test of picked something up. Sorry to sound stupid just loosing hope I also had a ultrasound yesterday as I've had 4 miscarriages but nothing showed in their and I know probably nothing would have as its too early but would anything like even thickening of the womb etc or anything been visible. Sorry again if u sound stupid like I said just loosing hope 😞
