How do I know?

So since 2014 I was unofficially seeing this guy and then we broke it off and we both dated someone else. And then he out of blue messaged me to be his girlfriend. I'm not seeing that guy anymore but my friend wants to date me and he is a wrestling manager who is 22and the guy I have a history with is a chiropractor who is 26. I am 19 how do I know who I pick. I'm also going through alot of stress right now so it's hard to know what to do and of I'm making the right choice. The guy I have a history with said he has cried over me the last 3 months a few times because he doesn't want to lose me he says.
