Sorry! I'm a worry wart!!

I just keep testing. My last level check was 02/02/2016 and they were 23,000. I had an ultrasound 02/11/16 and all we saw was the yolk and gestational sac. Repeating the ultrasound on leap day, February 29th. I took this test tonight to make sure....lol. Is it still good?
