How to feel more energetic...?
Ladies are there any ways you use to feel more energetic throughout your day?
I work 7am-3pm 5 days a week and 6am-12 on Saturdays sometimes and im always so so tired by the end of every shift. I got to bed at pretty reasonable times (between930-11) but still feel so exhausted by the end of the day..... Would like to know of any foods or supplements to boost energy so I'm feeling great by the time I finish work!
