Should I be concerned???

Hi all  
I am 11w and 5d pregnant. Lately I've been experiencing shortness of breath severe bloatedness, along with fatigue and weakness. Anyone else experiencing the same ? Should I be concerned at all? And does anyone have any advice besides seeing my doctor?

I've read that all of those symptoms can be a normal part of pregnancy, even the shortness of breath! I forget what the medical explanation is, though. Sorry I can't be more useful, maybe Google shortness of breath? Also, I've read that when you grow a human inside of you, you are expending as much effort as someone who is rock climbing or running a marathon! So feeling tired, weak, and out of breath makes sense!
