What is everyone taking for there colds? I'm miserable..... Coughing and congestion 😔

I took Tylenol sinus conjestion tablets like, twice and that was just because the conjestion was way too bad for me to handle along with all of the other symptoms that had hit me full speed. Other than that, hot showers running while sitting in the bathroom with a towel at the bottom of the door works wonders for stuffed up sinuses and as much rest as possible.

Drinking raw, unfiltered Apple cider vinegar, eating raw garlic (you can chop it and take it like pills), and honey that has had onions soaking in it (just mix it in a jar and leave it on the counter) and maybe a little cayenne. Weird, but these things work!
