I just need some answers!

So, 3 and a half weeks ago I had a surgical abortion at 6 weeks pregnant. A weeks after it everything went back to normal, no bleeding, no more sickness and no sore breast. But now, about a week ago my breast started getting sensitive and all the symptoms started coming back. I took a test yesterday and it came back positive, no very light but not very dark. Just normal. Could it just be from the previous pregnancy or could it be a new one? Help me! And I've had unprotected sex, and broken condoms since 😩 (yes, only with one guy who I'm in a long term relationship with)
