On Friday February 19th I was having contractions 5 mins apart since 5am went to take a bath around 7 am thinking they were gonna die down but they didn't. My bf and I were on our way to work when he said lets just go to hospital and make sure you are okay. This was around 10am. When they checked me I was still 1cm. They had me walk for 45 mins around the hospital hoping I dilated more. I was barely 2cm when the nurse checked me and accidentally broke my water. The had to admit me into the hospital, I was in so much pain my contractions became 2 mins apart. They wouldn't give me any time of medicine and the lady couldn't get an IV in my hand nor arm so she had to poke me for the third time in my other arm. Finally at 3pm they checked me and I was 3cm they gave me the epidural and I was dilating very slow they said if I didn't show any progress they were gonna have to start dilating me themselves with medicine. Around 10pm they checked me I was 9cm thinking the baby was gonna come real soon. Then the dr came in my room saying the baby was breeched and we would have to wait. Finally I was 10cm and at 1:50  m they told me I could start to push. During my labor I had a mirror and after pushing the baby for 20 mins out came my beautiful baby boy. He had the cord wrapped around his neck and I was terrified when they placed him on top of me he was so blue he didn't even cry. They grabbed the baby and was able to redeem he. He's a week early but he arrived February 20th at 2:19 am. He was 7lbs and 3 oz and 20 inches. My perfect baby boy how I am very blessed after everything we have been through.
