Hey everyone,

I used disposable nappies with my son but want to try cloth nappies this time, I've done a bit of reading up but am a bit unsure on inserts. I used cloth nappies in hospital with my son and don't remember these and from what I've read there a so many types. I want to buy some modern cloth nappies (they have designs on them, are already folded and most button up) and am not sure if they need inserts? If so what are the best ones to use? Any tips or advice for someone that hasn't used cloth nappies out of hospital before?
