I'm 40 weeks and 3 days. My last OB appointment was Friday and my blood pressure and urine was fine. Today I randomly have swelling in my fingers- not anything extreme but definitely noticeable. And out of nowhere... I am not too worried because it is mild, but then I read that I should call my doctor because it could be a sign of preeclampsia. Has anyone else experienced this?
