Im have a mixed baby and i wanted to name him brantley but my inlaw says it to white to be a mixed baby name and so far only my mom and sister like that name

As long as you and your husband like it that should be primary. Some names may seems mixed to one person and completely one race to another. Its a matter of perception, I guess. Just chose a name you'll fall in love with he's your son after all. We chose Zion Christian if it's a boy and I'm Guatemalan and my husband is Mexican Native American and white lol. We love it so that's all that matters.
