Sex while pregnant

So I'm 18 weeks 6 days with #2. Lately every time me and hubby have sex I start getting this tightening in my abdomen and if we continue it starts to hurt. Anyone else have this or figured out what was going on? I have an appt tomorrow. Just wondering if others have experiences.
